Martin Cuppage has over 30 years experience in the FMCG/drinks business in Ireland and overseas. He has a wealth of experience in marketing leading edge brands and played a key role in launching Baileys in over 25 markets around the world. More recently he has helped many emerging SMEs modernise and upgrade their businesses. He has been a team member that created and drove a world brand strategy. Paul Clarkin has some 20 years business experience as Chief Executive and Managing Director with private and multinational companies in Ireland, the U.K. and U.S.A. Paul has practical and wide-ranging business experience in the delivery of sustained profit growth through developing the Market, Finance, Operations and Management potential of the business together with maximising its ultimate marketable value. With this extensive executive background, Paul is well suited to providing practical hands-on guidance and working with you in the design and implementation of agreed strategic plans for the improvement of your business. Frank Dold has a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, recruitment and wealth management. He has worked as director of a multinational Life Assurance Company in Ireland. More recently he worked with small and medium sized companies dealing with issues relating to business strategy, marketing, sales and people development. Kevin Dwan has in excess of 30 years proven experience in a wide range of business environments and has worked at a senior level for a number of multinationals in Ireland and the UK including Unilever, Grand Metropolitan and ABB. He has considerable experience in both service and manufacturing industries. Kevin established his own Accounting & Business Advice practice in 1990 specialising in owner managed businesses. Given his considerable experience and knowledge his key focus is assisting business owners identify and address core business issues and exploit opportunities to maximise profit and owner’s personal wealth. He holds a MBA from University of Ulster, is a fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is a member of the American Production & Inventory Control Society.	Kevin Dwan
John Flood brings almost 30 years of business experience, working in manufacturing and the service sectors both in Ireland and overseas. Qualifying originally in Electronic Engineering, John has since pursued a business career and obtained qualifications in Applied Finance and Management Development. He has worked with indigenous Irish companies, multinationals and with the Industrial Development Authority (IDA). During his career he managed businesses in Ireland and the UK and managed major projects in Europe, the Middle East, Southern Africa and South East Asia. John has experience in general management, project management, marketing, HR, websites and online marketing. He has held positions at MD, GM and Director level and currently serves on a number of boards. In 2004 he chaired a working group on service industries as part of the Government’s Enterprise Strategy Group which effectively looked at Ireland’s industrial strategy for the next ten years. Declan Kelly has many years experience in his core skill areas of General Management, IT & Accounting. He has international experience with PriceWaterhouse, Chartered Accountants and has spent 12 years in IT Sales, System Selection and Implementation, Project Management and Strategic Planning. He managed his own general merchant business for 10 years. He has been director of one of Northern Ireland’s largest companies with responsibility for managing one of the operational divisions. His vast experience and knowledge gives him a clear insight into the issues facing SMEs and he is eager to help business owners grow their business and achieve their ambitions. Shay Roche has worked at senior manager level in both Irish and multinational companies for over 25 years. Shay has a strong record helping companies with a hands-on approach, delivering tangible results. His senior appointments include his core area of Finance and other functions such as HR, Distribution and General Management. He has accumulated knowledge and experience of a variety of business sectors such as SME, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and Manufacturing. He is very keen to work with company owners and managers to identify the issues and challenges they confront and importantly help them realise all their opportunities.
